Every gift will be used 100% to contribute to the scientific and social goals of the ITM. You can make a one-time gift, but you can also opt for a standing order. Your bank will help you to set the amount and the intervals.
Financial donations to the ITM are tax deductible, if the total annual donation amounts to € 40 or more. You will receive a tax receipt once a year, at the beginning of the following calendar year.
You may want to assign your donation to a specific field (AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, tropical diseases, animal health, mother-child care, general health care, etc)
You can also support us with an online donation to the ITM, using a valid Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard or American Express credit card.
Every year, over 700 students are enrolled in one of ITM’s graduate or postgraduate programs. Most of them are from developing countries. Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Development Cooperation and other agencies and organizations, we can provide scholarships to some of these students. Others have to raise their own funds to pay for their training and stay at the ITM. You can help by donating a scholarship, or part of it, to a specific student or to this group of students in general. Most of our international students already have several years of experience and, upon completion of their training at ITM, return to their home country to continue working on improving the health situation in their countries.
By financing a temporary or permanent chair, a person, company or association can structurally support the ITM. The donation is used to support lecturers, researchers and international guest lecturers. Together with the ITM the donor can decide on the scientific field and/or the name of the chair.
Persons who wish to leave part or all of their estate to the ITM have to state this in their will. You can bequeath a specific amount, shares, and real and personal property. The succession and transfer rights borne by the ITM as beneficiary are limited to 8,5%.
