The conference will bring together experts from all over the world to exchange recent scientific findings on the different aspects of NTTAT and to receive an update on international regulations and restrictions on animal trade and movement in relation to NTTAT.

The conference will cover all aspects of NTTAT, including parasite biology, pathogenicity, epidemiology, vectors, diagnosis and treatment. The trypanosome species that are covered are Trypanosoma evansi, T. equiperdum and T. vivax as they are pathogenic to animals, in particular domestic species.
