In the world of international cooperation we often wonder: are we making a change? Will what we do make a difference in the long run?
In this webinar, the evaluation team from hera provides us with answers to these pressing questions while presenting the results of the impact evaluation of the third framework agreement between ITM and DGD (Directorate-general Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid). The evaluation focused on the period between 2014-2016, but included a much broader angle, looking back on decades of partnerships. Findings from countries from Latin America, Asia and Africa are included, just as an in-depth insight into the functionality of the various networks that were supported and a gender analysis. The webinar has a strong emphasis on learning from the past, to improve our way of working in the future.
The results of the evaluation will be presented by Dr. Leo Devillé and Josef Decosas (lead evaluators), Marieke Devillé (social network analysis) and Alice Behrendt (gender expert).
Register on Zoom.
The seminar is open to ITM staff (especially the promoters and former promoters of the programmes), members of the ITM General Assembly and Board of Governors, DGD, and ITM partner institutions. Interested members of the public can participate upon registration.
