The European Mosquito Control Association (EMCA), in collaboration with ITM’s Unit of Entomology, cordially invites you to the XII International EMCA Conference, which will take place at ITM in Antwerp, Belgium, from 25 to 28 March 2025.
As autochthonous cases of mosquito-borne diseases continue to rise across Europe, assessing our preparedness, readiness, and the tools available to us is more crucial than ever. This year's conference theme, 'Ready for Action: Advances in Mosquito Control', aims to foster knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences in science, technology, and best practices essential for the effective management of mosquitoes and other vectors.
The conference seeks to bridge the gap between science and policy by fostering relationships and trust among key stakeholders in vector control. Together, we will examine our ability to develop adaptable and resilient operational responses to vector-borne diseases and address the pressing question: How ready are we for action?
