How to make an appointment?

Consultations are by appointment only. You can make an appointment quickly and easily by clicking here.
Unable to make an appointment online? Send an e-mail to medsec@itg.be or call +32 (0)3 247 66 66 during office hours (on weekdays, from 9am till 5pm).
Do not call a doctor or another staff member directly. They cannot arrange a consultation for you.
Can't make your appointment? We kindly ask you to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand so another patient can benefit from it. If you repeatedly fail to show up for an uncancelled appointment, we will charge you for your consultation.
Arrival
Please report to the reception desk or the self-registration kiosk at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We can't guarantee that you can still be seen that day if you arrive too late. In that case, priority will be given to patients who arrived on time.
Always bring your identification card (ID) along for registration. After registration, we'll ask you to take a seat in the waiting room until a doctor or nurse is free to see you.
