If you are experiencing problems with regard to our service, quality, availability or the general environment, or if it did not meet your expectations or needs, we will act consistently and thoroughly to avoid similar situations in the future. Compliments and suggestions for improvement can be submitted at any time to our Medical Secretariat (by e-mail to medsec@itg.be). Concerns can also be reported to the Quality Service (online or by e-mail to complaints@itg.be).
