Municipal libraries
The municipal libraries charge an annual membership fee of approximately €15. However, a free subscription is available for individuals with OMNIO status (enhanced reimbursement eligibility), and borrowing is also free if you have a culture voucher.
You can activate your A-card as a library card at any library branch. You may borrow up to 20 items (books, CDs, or DVDs) and keep them for six weeks.
